I have a small team (8) I want to take offsite next Wednesday (2/21) for a full day, and am looking for a cool conference room to use as a change of scenery. If I were to buy a 1 month membership, could I have access to a suitable conference room next Wednesday? Do you rent conference room space by the day?

I visited one of your members at his office recently and he gave me a mini-tour. Randomly, I found out the my landlord is making big changes where I am now and I'm looking for good options. On the mini-tour, he pointed out a small podcast studio space. Is that a feature/perk open to members like the studio, or is it a private space for one particular member or company? Thanks!
